Tbh, had a lovely stay for the holidays.

The location in the middle of New York City was stunning. The most important was the staff - amicable and caring people. The rooms were reasonably large with 2 queen beds.

In general the staff were helpful and excellent.

The place was fabulous and perfect and the staff were efficient, the location was best possible near Times square. We ate at the hotel's attached restaurant within a short walk for dinner, loved it.

Quirky hotel with well priced breakfasts and brand-new rooms, that's what we liked. Unbeatable and incredible location very close to The Museum of Modern Art. Great restaurant provided Chinese dishes.

It made my trip to New York City a good experience.

Very good staff and location, the hotel itself was clean. The room was huge with double beds.

The room was well laid out with 2 queen beds and the staff was exceptional! The check-in was smooth, we loved Irish bar.

I loved my great stay at this hotel and would book here again. The staff was affable, the property was clean and placed in an amazing part of the city near to restaurants as well as the attractions. The morning meal was reasonably priced with Toasties.

Strategic location, exceptionally comfortable bed, quiet gardens. Superb food, top breakfast. Heated pool area too.

It had every detail we needed, we loved staff and rooms. The hotel was located just off restaurants and the Theater District. Plus, it had convenient access to Rockefeller Center.

I enjoyed my superb stay here. Cozy rooms, phenomenal staff, brilliant location. I slept so comfy in the quiet bed. Top class breakfast, lots of food and beverages. Helpful service provided there too.

I find the hotel incredibly friendly, clean and the staff is proactive.

It's a cute hotel with fab location and luxurious rooms. Manhattan district is worth looking into.

The staff were funny, the location exceptional and the room immaculate. Service in the hotel was fantastic too. We had a really comfortable experience, the venue suited our needs.

The location was cool, updated rooms and a beautiful hotel. A huge variety of supplies in the room : air conditioning, hairdryer and 3 beds. Bed was soft, and the staff was excellent co-operating. They had an efficient check-in too. An awesome stay and best value.

Thanks for making our stay wonderful. Extremely helpful staff, were ready to help all the time. The location was incredible, short walk to broadway and broadway theatres and the theater.

I liked the very central location plus the staff were ready to help. Bed was comfortable enough, and room was very cheap. Air conditioning and fridge were there too. Excellent value for money, I do recommend this beautiful old place...

All I could ask for, good value. Outstanding staff, very nicely decorated room, in general I liked this cozy hotel. My room was separate and spotless. The area was great.

An extremely quiet hotel with fashioned rooms. The food was so good, with lots of options. They provided attentive service too.

overall a really great stay, good price value. one of the advantages - non-smoking rooms ; they included shower facilities and complimentary toiletries. generally service was accommodating too. the hotel was a unique base for enjoying a very secure area.
